WHY RE-ROOF IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO?

Persistent roof leaks can mistakenly be presumed to signify complete roof failure.  More often than not however, a thorough investigation isolates small areas of concern.  PMS uses detailed inspection protocols in conjunction with moisture surveys and computer models to objectively determine the need for roof replacement.  Below is a sample of a computer generated report.

In this case it was more cost effective to repair the roof than replace it despite it's advanced age.  Furthermore, the repairs will improve the overall performance of the roof system and provide an additional six years of service life.
